This stainless steel elbow automatic welder is our newly designed plasma/argon arc automatic welding machine. This auto elbow welding machine is mainly employed for welding the double seam and straight seam of the inner and outer sides of the stainless steel elbow.

1. The elbow CNC welding machine is an automatic device independently developed by our company, subverting the traditional concentric turntable welding mode, with digital control and simple operation.

2. During welding, only the elbow specification needs to be selected, and the inside and outside arcs, as well as the elbow thickness, can be entered through the controller interface.

3. Concentric rotary welding enables rapid loading and unloading of the elbow.

4. One-button switching between plasma arc welding and argon arc welding torches.

5. With an intelligent cooling system to ensure that the dual welding heads always maintain a constant temperature, continuous welding can be performed without affecting the welding quality and appearance.

6. CNC-controlled real protection system, multiple means to ensure the welding quality, and a yield of 98% can be achieved.
